hmmm.... ...
it´s the same with jay... wearing pink shirts....
is he now gay |
Are you fucking kidding me?!!!!
I've seen a lot of guys try to pull off the pink shirt with a big fat FAILURE!
The thing is JAY CAN, and does, in a veerrrry sexy, all man manner.
Whew, let me stop while I'm semi dry.
As for the Jamiroguy, he's cool enough.
I think this album is beyond him though seriously.
He's cartoony. This album has some deep moments man. Something very mature about it. It's VERY sexy and very sentimental at the same time. It has a couple of serious moments, when we need to stop and think....Yeah, he's right.
It's an important album and very self expressive at the same time.
A lot of decades are discretely combined.
To make it short...it's Awesome.
I don't think we need to hide behind cartoon guy anymore.
break out, feel and settle into the groove, be bold.
He's cute though, who designed him big D?
"Youuuuu've got me hangin'... off the street-lights..."
Gosh... (I just said, GOSH! no way)
I hope they come back to America SOON!
This album needs to be blastin from corner to corner of this place, loud and clear until EVERYBODY hears it.
Forgive me, I'm listen to it quietly this time, I'm haven' a moment yall...breeeeaaaaaaaattttthhhhh.
"...but I got this thing...girl I wanna say to you......
....flyyyyyyy....shut my eyes, I still see your face..."
And then some flute from like 1978 to chill yo ass...
wheweeeeee-sing it brother- Damn.
I'm feelin' it.
"We've been giving hate a chance...we've got all this love to give you know...And the love will be running out for us..."
I'm like SOARING here. This should be like our national anthem!!!
Somebodies gotta save this state we're in.
Why not Jam-
"Can you feel the dreams of life...we're hoping we can still survive..."
Lord have mercy.
What's so sad, is so many people will never see beyond the packaging.
The thought that every American on this planet might not hear and I mean, "really" hear this album, freaks me out. Especially right now.
In my defense, I am drinking tonight, but still...it's fucking beautifull man, and I've been drinking and listening to albums for a long time. Only few effect me really deep to where I'm going back AND forward and wanting to change the world. And now, you all are cursed with my presence because...this album got me. _________________

I agree with Sandisaster (obviously a very cool sort with the confidence to speak her mind - and some of ours, for that matter). As she says, Jay's got the right idea. Would love to experience a time in history where Jay is seated in the Oval Office, new leader of the free world. And why not? Couldn't be any worse than George Bush, right? Can you imagine the campaign jingles he'd come up with? And - for a change - sexy press conferences from the west wing! And Jay on C-SPAN! And during tense moments at those pesky diplomatic summits, Jay would just whip out his dancin' shoes and belt out a fantastic rendition of DGHAC...and... suddenly no more mideast conflict, no more discrimination, no more arms build-up. We'd all be too busy funking to hate. Seriously I love your posts, Sandisaster. They remind I'm not alone.

Hey, Thanks Sometimes I feel like a total idiot and wonder, "Is something wrong with me or what". I just can't help it when I'm excited about something.
I LOVE your post too by the way! Great imagery. I could totally picture it, wouldn't that be GRAND! HA HA HA!
I would actually hear an anuagural speach for the very first time (as opposed to turning the television off in disgust).
What a great day dream.
WOW.
