the people who used to connect to the Jamirohub and I made a videoconference in the yahoo messenger just to hear our voices and everything, there was people from different countries.. you know.. and we talked and sang (we all or almost all sang) and had fun.. it happened a year ago I think.. or near a year... We all could do it anytime, lol.
And now that I remember, it wasn't a videoconference, it had only audio... lol

Wow, that sounds fun.  I guess you need a microphone or something for that though?

It sounds like a blast for real. Next time you guys do it, let me know. Maybe I can rig an earphone into a mic or something.
Here's a sample of a friend of a friend who I think is awesome!
Ignore what he's singing about (the words), kind of nasty, but
when they're goofing off like this, he actually get's a much funkier sound
going. His name is Elliot, and he's great on guitar too.

Believe it or not...I'm shy too. Especially when it comes to something like that.
If you do it, I will though.
It'll take me awhile, a friend of mine can record and upload and all of that. He just sends me links. I don't even know if I could sing for him.  If not, I'll talk you all to death.~
I only get together with him once in a blue moon though so, it'll be awhile.
I live in the box, I leave for auditions, school, and events only.
I want to hear everyones voice. It'll be like a small collection of voices from around the globe! How cool is that. I can put it into one of our Video Production Projects or something. That would be awesome.

I'll probably scare you off with my voice. It'll be a while yet before I can get it on this box.
I had an audition this afternoon. I don't know if I got it but, it was a comedy and they all laughed so...either I was an idiot or I got the roll...we'll see. It was Sarcastic Humor, nothing as beautiful as your singing tho.
I admire your ability to "bare your soul", in a sense. We all should more often.

It'll be awhile. I have to get a mic or something. I have a friend (the one that sent me the link of our friend Elliot), he has a set up, but I don't get over there much these days (school work).
We might get together this weekend or next to work on a film project. If so, I'll get him to record me doing something. He knows how to put it online for me and stuff too.
I don't think there is a set way of how well you have to sing to be a good vocalist. Jimi Hendrix couldn't sing (Lord have Mercy) but, he was a great vocalist. You sing very honostly and confidently, and it is beautiful.

 Yeah I guess I haven't checked out this section in while but I sing and play bass, and sometimes a acoustic guitar....13 years exp.

I enjoy singing but only on my own. I don't sing well & I'm shy so I won't really sing in public!! If we're talking of voices though: a few people on here have heard me talk, not that my voice is fancy or anything!! |
