Yeah, I was kind of surprised that all of the background music was American. Some of it I could of done without, The Village People for example.
When is Jamiroquai performing?! ?!?!?!?!??!?!!!!!
I don't want to miss it! _________________

No, I actually meant the style of the music (was it all American??? I didn't notice that)...it was quite "retro"...not that shit which is now playing on MTV... |

THANKS FRA! I kept feeling like I missed it or something. I actually had a mini anxiety attack. Do you know what event? Then I can look up what time that event is playing here. I have class on the 16th!!! For 4 hours!!! I'm supposed to go to the Jazz explosion event downtown too.
DAMNIT!!!!!!!
Lydster...I could be wrong, (I was drinking), but I was hearing, all early 1980's music from the US. Which actually wasn't a bad era for music here. I was just surprised. _________________

Anyone knows which song(s) will jamiroquai perform? They'll present the 4th single?
By the way, it's time to promote 4th single, isn't it? The single of DGHAC was edited 3 months ago!! |

Yeah Sandisaster, I also noticed it was all music from...some years ago, and I liked that they didn't play music from today, but I was also a bit surprised. I knew most of the songs because my mother used to listen to them on the radio when I was younger. So I was already musically "educated" when I was still a very small Lydia... |

Good point there, it would be excellent if they revealed the next single. Is it yet known what that will be?
I have a feeling it will be something old and something new when they play. Just a feeling i have
Does anyone have an idea what time they will be playing on the 16th?? |

Ocht! I hope it's on the television!
I was thinking it was gonna be at the start, cuz now they seem like they're only gonna be showing the actual events here _________________

Good point moonshooter, thats what i am scared about. I have been watching when i can and there hasn't been any mention of jamiroquai, apart from the Olympics website that is.
All i know is that Andrea Bocelli is singing on the final closing ceromony |

Just watching olympics coverage tonight (12:50 am Feb 13 EST) and during a segment on halfpipe snowboarding they played THE KIDS! I was so shocked. I can't believe they were using it, clearly there was a jamiroquai fan putting the segment together. And maybe it has something to do with Jamiroquai performing.
If it's going to be televised I hope someone will record it. I'm almost certain that they won't show it in the states, and I'd love to see it. |

Freddie,
I notice VH1 uses Jamiroquai music (mainly the newer stuff) all the time for their shows as well... _________________ Wouldn't 'ya like... To walk the sunny avenues of life? |
