concerts! i've just watched franz ferdinand!
like whoooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
franz ferdinand totally rocked tonight! and the songs had such groovy transtitions from base lines to melodies.  fantastic!
and i got alex kapranos' signature!!! he's really nice! i didn't speak to him though haha. i'm shy  i worry i'll act really stupid in front of such funky people. but if jamiroquai comes to singapore i think i'll just have to make an exception haha. who else loves franz ferdinand?
and i think someone went for a jamie cullum concert today too... how was it?

well franz ferdinand r best group in the world right now so it is pretty cool you've been on their concert. they r coming in croatia on summer so i will go 4 sure

oh, here is a concert thread..didn't see it until now.....
i have just returned from seeing jamie lidell - a concert i've waited for for months...that man is amazing. most of the europe acts that are trying to break america come through this tiny venue in our city..and tonight, that included jamie.
i won't go into detail until i get the pictures back. but, he is amazing. just amazing. the room was packed (maximum about 150) and he allowed people to come on stage and sing with him. i didn't, but i was right up front and got lots of pictures. the stage is almost the same level as the audience, so i was SUPER close. first of all, i saw him going to get something to eat when i was going in and i just stared like  . he looked so good..very sexy 
anyway, more detail later, but during the encore, he gave me the mic and i got to sing the chorus of 'multiply' with him (the song i recommended a few days ago on here). he was so impressed that he let go of the mic and let me continue..i can't sing..how embarrasing, but who cares?! when the show was over, he sat down and let people come get autographs. he sat down right in front of me and i took 2 pictures (which i'll upload later), and he signed my CD - 'deesha, full of love jamie x.' and we talked a bit..that man's eyes!!!....
i've had a shitty ass week, so this has put a smile on my face. he is so kind and when i thanked him for coming to philly, he thanked me for coming to see him..such a sexy accent too.
meike - he told me he lives in berlin now..do you live near there?  !!
if so, i'm coming to visit. just kidding!!
and the music is just wonderful. goodnight!!!

Haha  ... that must have been a fantastic night for you, deesh!! How cool that he gave you the micro!! Try to find a record of that, please!! I wanna hear you sing!

i will see if i can get the recording. he's not that popular here but there are dedicated fans that probably recorded it.prepare to learn sign language because you will go deaf
