Phat Phunktion
Does anybody here dig this band?
I recently discovered this US-based funk group; they are simply incredible!
The music sounds a lot like Tower Of Power and Average White Band kind of funk. They really got the vibe.
They have released two albums, You And Me (2004) and Soul Juice (2005). IMHO the first one is OK, but the second one is pure joy! I highly recommend it to everyone.

Yeah I was thinking they need a decent vocalist but their instrumentation is awesome especially on 'Rock Star'.
