Amy Winehouse
I have just realised that i have never spoke about OR saw anything on here about one of my favourite all time artists!!!
Her name is AMY WINEHOUSE and she comes from London. I am not sure of her exposure internationally (if any!!) but i must recommend her to everyone!
She is due a new album as her debut came out a few years back now.
What can i say about her......shes unique and sexy and articulate etc etc.......
Just check out this video and leave you comments..............

She is probably one of the few artists (in my opinion) who is equally as good as Jami!! |

Yes Fra thats true but unfortunatly didn't win
Buy hey (as Jamiroquai fans) we all know how good the 'Brits' are for recognising true talent dont we?
I just hope she does some shows this year as i have never seen her live before |

She sang beautifully that day at B-Live.
We all enjoyed her. And I wouldn't begrudge buying her last album, in fact I might, just for the memories sake and your good and valued recommendations.
One comment, and I think I will get staggering support on this . . .
. . . she could have showered, changed her clothes and tried to brush her hair, because she looked like she hadn't done any of those in the last month.
She just about kept her balance, and managed to pronounce the lyrics, you would have thought she was retaining urine for a pelvic ultrasound examination, or maybe she was just trying to keep her badly fitted excuse for trousers up ???
She did seem to be in control of her physical abilities when at the end of her performance she ran off the stage and leapt onto a 'woman' who then sucked her face off.
Nice performance Amy, it's the music that matters !!! _________________ Jamily to the bone !!!

New Material
For all of you Amy Winehouse fans out there :
"Amy Winehouse is back with her hugely anticipated second album 'Back To Black' out on 23 October."
"First single lifted from the album will be 'Rehab' out 16 October."
Forthcoming live shows:-
September 10 - Bristol Fleece
September 11 - Brighton Concorde
September 12 - London Bloomsbury Ballroom
For more details, visit www.amywinehouse.co.uk or www.myspace.com/amywinehouse
Amy's debut album 'Frank' rarely leaves my CD player and so I'm very keen to hear her new material. I'm sure it will be worth the wait.

I really dislike this woman...
Overrated in my honest opinion. But she was a trend setter so good luck to her.
Saw her at Blive.... opinion stayed the same. |
