Best feature (imo) would be his ability to find the infectious melodies that drive my obesession with Jamiroquai's brand of funk.
Worst feature? Well, this can only apply in terms of his public persona and as such, cannot be answered (imo) because nobody here even knows him.
I don't care who he dates, what he smokes, or how he drives; he creates music that suits me just fine.  Or more than fine. Whichever.

His accent is fake, I've always thought. First of all it's not actually a cockney accent, 'Ee dazn't prunaaance 'is vaaaaahhhhls the right way for a cockney (For foreigners who can't work that out, it says 'He doesn't pronounce his vowels'). And since he doesn't sing in his natural voice either, I've always thought he 'puts on' his Laaaahhn'an accent a bit for the interviews. I mean, I'm sure he does have one. I just think he hams it up a bit for the audience.
And Samantha, if I'm being serious for a second, rather than making digs about the fact that my girlfriend's a lot hotter than any of Jay's, I'd agree with your comment on his worst features.
