MTV'S 25th ANNIVERSARY - VOTE FOR VIRTUAL INSANITY This year MTV is turning 25 years of breaking the rules, whatever that means! Anyway, the thing is that there's a "competition", and you can vote for the Top Ten Videos That Broke The Rules.
