I can of course not promise anything as I'm not selling any promos. But... this is the way it usually goes, so why would Runaway be any different... Eg Cosmic Girl 2006 club remixes... first on on eBay £29 (IIRC) then you could BIN it for £4.99.

Oh I know you're not making promises, don't worry. It's just that to be honest I've not bought any promos before (or even looked at prices for them), because I haven't tended to like the remixes too much to 95% of previous Jami songs. So it's good to at least be able to THINK that I'll be able to get hold of this one for less than twenty quid!

Do we know who the recording credits are for Runaway yet?
Did he use Paul Turner for bass?
who gets the writing credits??? Does anyone know yet?

it's paul on bass.
writing credits on jamiroquai been always "touchy", zender got some discussions because of this, and i have the feeling jay is still not fair with them.
still i don't know who wrote this new song

thanks yeah, I was kind of thinking that about the credits but just didn't know if I maybe just missed them somewhere or not...well

eek. i usually find them at the record stores in edinburgh for 99p!
that's how i got my FJLIS and SDISJ ones, and the Canned Heat one too.

Hello,
can someone tell me why the single is released october 30th and the video of Runaway is already out now?
By the way, I downloaded the video from www.funkin.com and I have to say that I like the song. The violins are back and the bass line is good as always, only the brass section still missing. |

Many bands release their videos a lot earlier than the single to generate publicity for the song, so by the time people have seen it a few times on TV they're ready to buy the single

You can do that but everyone loves to play the patient game and stay away from downloading the mp3.It really depends for me.I want to wait but since I heard the original song and all the mixes already I am only buying it just to complete my collection. |
