[07 OCT 2006] - JMQ on Ant & Dec
Hi everyone, I found this article at Funkin.com...
Runaway television promo begins
Sony BMG have announced that Jamiroquai will be performing Runaway on the UK television show Ant & Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway on 7 October. The news item reads:
Ant & Dec's Saturday Night Runaway!
With their hotly-anticipated new single scheduled for release on 30th October, Jamiroquai are embarking on a series of live performances and interviews, starting with a performance of Runaway on Ant & Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway on Saturday 7th October.
Tune in to ITV1 around 7pm (check your local television listings in case of regional schedule variations).

recording
I will make sure it is recorded on dvd and pc, no mistakes this time!
will check other U.K shows too - Jonathan Ross (quite likely), T4 , CD:UK and channel 4 presents which has quality bands on for an hour interview and music set (good show)
- Ant and Dec is a pretty good show on primetime Sat night with recent guest Beyonce Knowles who never goes on anything in the UK so looks good
- they will also be doing that bbc electric proms which will be interactive so i will see bbc3 for that.
It's all happenin now - promotion time! _________________

Great news, Samantha!
I imagine 'Runaway' will sound phenomenal live! And I look forward to seeing Jay's new moves...although, he may have a little trouble if he's planning on wearing that spacesuit of his!
I'll be recording it, for sure!

Good news... If anyone can find out the exact time (down to the second) that Jami will be starting to play, that'd be nice... so we don't have to watch And & Dec in the rest of the show before the boys come on!
Just kidding.

The suspense almost killed me...but not quite!
The performance was so worth the wait!
It's a shame that they played along to a backing track, but they really did enjoy themselves! And Jay certainly didn't expect those pyrotechnics at the end, did he?!
