Hi Evo! How are you?
Not really understand what you mean, but I think you're looking for sites where you can download unofficial jamiroquai stuff. Am I right?
The site i recommend is http://j.live.free.fr. Great site with a lot of high quality bootlegs. Unfortunately it is offline at the moment, I hope Yoann will put it on soon. With some new downloads maybe?
Other places where you can find jamiroquai dvd's and bootlegs are bittorrent sites as
www.dimeadozen.org and www.thetradersden.org.
Hope this will help you a bit.

well i dont know about forums but try http://sharez.cn/ they have allot of albums you can download if your not just looking for jamiroquai or try www.1albums.com they have allot there ranging from free to just over a dollar
