For foreigners (mainly Inaki, who seems a little confused about channels):
BBC THREE - Digital UK TV channel.
BBC 1 Xtra - Digital UK radio channel - NOT the same as BBC Radio 1.
BBC One - Analogue or digital UK TV channel.
So it'll be on 1Xtra on the radio 'as live', and BBC THREE TV a few days after. BBC One won't have it at all. Just to clarify!

Yes, 'as live' on the radio (with about an hour delay, because according the Electric Proms website the gig starts at 8, whilst the radio broadcast starts at 9), and on Saturday night on the TV.

All the "where and when questions" should be sorted by visiting this page.
As far as I know the entire gig will be broadcasted "as live" (with a delay) on radio 1Xtra. But Radio 1, 2, 3, 6 Music, Asian Network and World Service are in the Electric proms game as well. Exactly what they will broadcast I don't know though.
As far as TV goes both BBC ONE and BBC THREE are in on the Electric Proms action. I guess they will show "highlights" from the Jamiroquai gig. Unless I've misunderstood completely the entire gig (and perhaps footage of the crowd, interviews etc) will be available from BBCi.
We will probably know more once it's about to start tonight.
BIG thanks in advance to those in the UK that will be helping us out with recordings and stuff.

it looks like its not listed on the 1xtra schedule but i read in a tv guide it starts at 19.00 and also zane lowe and jo whiley are broadcasting from there on radio one.

The newest topic in funkin clarifies it even more, with the time zones (great David, that was very helpful). I'm listening now, so in 3 hours from now the show should be online. Fingers crossed!
