Old school forever! 2008 isn't that far away... who am I kidding? It's a long time... but everything comes to those who wait. Jay should dig up some old recordings/jam sessions collecting dust in the Chillington Studios and "release it on the Internet for 5 fucking dollars". That would make us happy until 2008. WHAT AN INTERVIEW!!! Thanks!! Finally He came out, we had a lot to wait, a lot to faith ( that the messege was still there) but at the end he spoke about "real issues"! Great words, but now I'm expecting fact, so call the next 15 minutes songs album CONDOMIZE IT! put a condom in the cd case and find a way to teach Indians, Chinese and Africa's ppl (to start) that they HAVE to use condoms now Jay!! or even create a BM condom company ( this is a joke ) is not true that musicians can't do something, they could go in Africa to drill x water with theyre own hands...but they prefer to make "live aid" they could teach ppl how to help before talking about the debit ( OT: why Bono goes around saying to clean the debit when one U2 concert is 80 f***** euro?? so save my debit to came to our concert and let me free to use thoose money to make something good). I'm sooo happy to ear this issues from his month again and I know he's doing his part talking about that, but the dream is Him to do something also involving us. he said he's clever, and I believe he's right...so proper music and proper actions Jay. but non more live aid x me plz!! yes it is, but i just thought of something.. if they dont do a tour, then (i suppose) they will come out with a new album sooner
if the do the tour, it would take the whole 2007 and maybe half of 2008. then if they take a year to rest and then start with the new non-sony album, it will be already 2010 Confused

i was really hoping to see them live next year or the year after that, but i think i prefer this

For some reason this morning, I was thinking hard about this...and whether we (well, I can only speak for me) hold famous people in a regard where they should represent something socially or worldly. I'm not saying make your whole life about a cause, but how hard would it be to put 2 - 3 links to organizations inside of your album leaflet that reaches millions of people? To me, it wouldn't. Also, using their fame to draw causes to issues...what is the harm in that? I mean, not becoming totally responsible, but having some type of influence - since fans of that person will maybe check out the cause further. I think this is because I couldn't sleep and watched a documentary about chimpanzees - so sad. Anyway, I love Jay, I love Derrick and I love Sola, but I only half agree with the philosophy that musicians can't change the world. I think they could help influence and inspire change, not only in music, but also action. But, I respect their viewpoints and them. I'm kinda lost regarding to what we've been talking about.
I agree with Jay criticizing the media but he could also do something for himself although he told me he's a musician and not a politician. He's a public person, he could use his name for good causes. I agree with you Deesh!

the world is so fucked up and jay knows it all he is right in everything he say, and he cares all but he knows musicians cant change the world so im shamed to read this interview so late...well, i will try to copy'n paste for me and put in the things that help me to live...jay is part of the people sho inspire my life there's so many bullshit around and we're so fucked up...yeah jay, you say all i wanna say in the last years, i cant believe it i feel you like my second brother _________________ Only a fool can walk away from me this time TWM=RDLS AFO=AUTOMATON
