And of course we SHOULD be spelling it 'Catalunya'...
Incidentally the Basque Country actually has more independence within Spain's constitution than Scotland does within the UK's. Scotland is recognised a sovereign nation (unlike Wales, which is subordinate to England). The Basque Country isn't.
Europe. Don't you just love it?
