When I heard Jamiroquai? Ähem: I saw Jay several times in some celebrity magazines on TV, one time because on that incredibly pink garden party, the other times (3 times) because he was drunk and hit some paparazzi again. Then Seven Days In Sunny June at the back in another magazine on TV, Cosmic Girl (the video!!!) at night on MTV, while I was actually waiting for a totally different video, Little L on Viva, FJLIS on Viva, Jamiroquai at the MTV VMAs 1997 in a documentation about MTV, GHAC and Planet Home on RTL, Virtual Insanity (also the video) at MTV Noise (2 times!!! One time at MTV Noise Best Choreography and then at MTV Noise Best Artwork) and then, last but not least, the song that all started with, You Give Me Something (the one of Jamiroquai of course, there is a song with the same title by a guy called James Morrison, which I now like better, but there I heard the Jamiroquai song) in my new favourite soap (is it official now?) "Alles was zählt". This soap has always good music at the back (The Subways, Billy Talent, Red Hot Chili Peppers, some german groups) so it was just a question of time till they put a Jamiroquai song in it. Oh, and Cosmic Girl live at Rock am Ring in the car radio when I got home from Rock im Park. Of course I didn't hear all that today. I heard it in the last months of course.
Oh yeah, I forgot to add something: It's almost like there's some Jamiroquai fan trying to get me back into the band, like someone telling me "Stay here! ... You can't leave them anymore after you heard all these great tracks!" and then trying to get me addicted to this music again. Quite funny actually, all these hard tries...but no, thanks. I saw that greatest hits album some days ago in my Flachsmann and I simply left it where it was. What's coming next? Jay's biography? |

Tonight there is a "Jamiroquai -night" in some sort of music bar in down town. Some guys (unfamiliar to me) will play songs with instruments... One thing makes me wonder. There's a sax on the list, not any other horns  I don't really know, if I'm going there. Maybe I should, I'm sure that it will be only Jamiroquai -happening for a long time near this city... |

And oh yeah, forgot even more: Cosmic Girl in a MTV show with Joko (german VJ) and Bushido (german rapper) about the best car videos. You can see it on www.mtvoverdrive.de. It just came again on MTV, but I didn't watch it again. Wasn't really interested in seeing that video again. |

Last saturday I went to my vet for the cat and he was singing RUNAWAY...such a clever guy!!
