Win tickets to Carling Homecoming gig
Jamiroquai will be the first band to appear in the new series of Carling Homecoming gigs. These gigs take bands back to their roots, providing fans with a once in a lifetime opportunity to experience their heroes in intimate venues. You won't be able to buy tickets for these gigs, but you will be able to win tickets on Carlinglive.com.
Jamiroquai's Homecoming gig takes them back to Ealing, West London, (Broadway Boulevard in Ealing, Wednesday 15 May 2002) where Jay came up with the philosophy, concept and look of Jamiroquai.
They will give away nine pairs of tickets every week for the next four weeks. You can also win signed merchandise and CD's each week! :rolling:

Further details about the Carling Homecoming gig from the ANANOVA website:
Jamiroquai to play to just 300 fans
Jamiroquai's Jay Kay is going back to his roots by revisiting one of his old haunts to play in front of just 300 fans.
The band will be performing in Ealing, west London, which is where Kay formed the concept of the band.
The gig is the first in a series of Carling Homecoming events, which take artists back to where it all began.
Jay Kay said he couldn't wait to get back to his old stomping ground and play some of the old tunes that shot the band to stardom.
The singer said he had fond memories of the area.
No tickets are going on sale for the gig at the Broadway Boulevard on May 15.
Instead Jamiroquai fans can get their hands on them by logging on to www.carlinglive.com, Carling's new music web site.
It will be the smallest gig that Jamiroquai have played in 10 years.

wish, i would live in the uk *sigh* everybody i know over there participated in the competition, but nobody has called me yet to tell me that they won tickets..
but how about that, sarah:

Just a little thought...
 When I see the amount of work, time and passion invested by people like you, Cosmicmouse, CosmicBear and other sites authors like David of the French Buffalo Forums, I do not understand how Jamiroquai did come to the idea of inviting you to share such a concert like the gig in Ealing on May 15th, as a due reward.

(on a more personal note: i am still at work, waiting for your husband to call me. i am about to ruin me at ebay. not jamiroquai, i want a nintendo gamecube. guess, i am still a bear cub and not a full grown bear afterall. there is somebody, who will quite agree on this, i think.)
