Tuesday 19 December 2006, 21:28 (GMT), No comments
After hosting a gig at London's Mean Fiddler venue in November, Capital Radio (London) have announced that they will be broadcasting a number of "Face to Face specials" (whatever that means!) on Tuesday 26 December from 17:00hrs - with one of the artists featured being Jamiroquai. Capital can be heard online at CapitalFM.com.

In the meantime, don't forget that the entire gig and some photos are available to watch now at the Capital website.

(funkin.com)

maybe they broadcast something from the mean fiddler gig...

For info, I'm recording this now on Capital. They've played about 5 tracks so far (i think the first 5 from the gig), but with a bit of talking at the start and end of tracks. Either way, its good quality and if nobody does it first, I will endeavour to get it online soon!

Could be that the whole thing is broadcast - now that _would_ be good.

Yup, it was complete. About 54 minutes long with the radio commercials removed. I'll probably put the mp2 files from the DAB broadcast online soon so that someone can maybe have a go at joining it up together and removing the talking etc. (there's lots of little bits of audio between tracks of people saying things like "I've not seen Jamiroquai live before, and this was a fantastic gig in a small venue etc. etc.").

Have patience Smile
