Jay deflowered at 15 by prost...???
Well, I just remembered what I've read two years ago when I was on vacations in Croatia.
It was the time when they had Pula gig so some magazine wrote little article about Jay & the group. I think it was Arena.
Well, it was very strange article!!
They wrote that when Jay was 15, he lived in Singapure (I think) for some time with his father I think they wrote(first mistake  ) and he was quite a lot on the street (that's right). They wrote that he lost virginity with some Singapure prostitute and his father paid for her!!! Can you believe it?
They wrote some other stuff but I can't recall them now. Maybe Cheeeba Lover can help!?
I mean you have to be quite disturbed to write stuff like that. As we know, he lived with his mother and he met his father for the first time just recently. Where did they get with stuff like that?
 Well, now for the legal stuff. I know this is his private life and we shouldn't go talk about that, I mean when he lost virginity?? Do we really want to know?? I just wanted you to know what kind of stuff they wrote, stuff that deliberately made up!

I read this article too - I think it was on the Jamirquai.com site. I was a bit shocked like you mtekay!! But they wrote that it was his stepfather not his father - so it may be true ... |

 Your right again MteyKay, that was a interesting article piece in the The Sun Newspaper (UK) from a few years ago too . I can't remember if it was that British tabloid that ran the story or not, but their article was based on a exclusive interview with JK's stepfather. He had taken the young teen JK to Singapore on sort of a summer holiday, and that's where supposely JK "lost it" with some the Singaporian hookers. There's was this one little story from JK's stepfather talking about how JK got one young hooker pregnant and she ended up committing suicide, but I don't trust this story, probably a fabricated "flight of fancy" he made up. He wasn´t his father but his stepfather.
I do beleave the story about he loosing the virginity so young becouse I remember he saying in one of the very early enterviews that he loosed it at the of 13, and that she was older than him.
The big thing about this interview was that he was still using hard drugs after he said that he had given cocaine up 2 years ago. |

That's just great, another reason why to miss Jamiroquai.com (p.s. does Seadon have backup of the site? I for example made backup of digital insanity just in case some day it dissapears)
Oh, so it was his step-father. Now we have two points of view:
1. Tabloids made it all up. Since UK tabloids are worse in the whole wide world, that is highly possible. They probably made up that his step-father told them that.
2. Jay's step-father (what is his name BTW?) went to the tabloids for some cash and told them everything (even added a little). In that case, he is one mean mo**** fu****** son of a bi***.
About Singapure. Did she (the hooker) really comitted suicide? What if she didn't and there is Jay's son somewhere in the world. He'll come back (he should be like 20 now) and throw his father from the throne and became Jamiroquai! (I don't have scenario what would be if she was a girl)
Sounds like a bad movie. |

I think I remember that the stepfather gave some money to Toy (the girld´s name) and helped her to loose the baby.
She wasn´t just a whore: she also was jay´s friend (I remember a photo of both them playing in the beach, and she didn´t look older than him) |
