What Would You Like To See On The Official Site? Hello Jamirotalkers, Like we all know, the Official Site is the worst Jami site in the web (hehe, I went to far? nah) and like Derrick sometime said on the funkin guestbook we should look at it in those "next weeks" (which I assume he was talking about the weeks of september, october maybe, but we all didn't know!), I have been wondering how the updated Official site will look like. And what would you like to see on it. I know, I know, more info about the band, who is coming in or out, tour dates and updates, yeah, all that for sure, we all want that. But I mean downloads and stuff. For example, I would like to see more pics about the band playing on the studio, pics of his house (I would love to see his entire Adidas collection, his wordrobe!) and of the studio, info about the songs, how was recorded and gossip about how the song came up, what is the idea behind it, etc. Including also the possibilty to download the videos, a screen saver like the Funk Odyssey one (I have it on my computer 3 years ago and I never change it!), and longer 'backstages' (not like the little Love Foolosophy cover one...). Complete biographies, etc. Maybe this is too much asking, but hey after waiting that long for it, at least we should get all that and more!!! What would you like to see on the upcoming (hopefully) Official site? D! (diego)

Great Expectations of the new Official Site!!! Hello, :bm_r: Yeah, I know I have been really hard on the Official Site lately and in my past posts , but a new Official Site that is better managed might make things better . Here's my "great expectations" and wants if Sony goes ahead with the predictable "recycling" of the old Official Site : NEW JAMIROQUAI OFFICIAL SITE EXPECTATIONS by JamiroFan2000 1. A more updated and freeform Message Board/Forum where fans can share individual "picture avators", pictures and posts in greater detail. 2. A more fan friendly and updated exclusive Jamiroquai downloads section similar to "J-Funk". More exclusive videos of not only JK, but the other bandmembers frolicking. More Jamiroquai screensavers, pictures and audio samples from upcoming 6th album singles & album. 3. A more easier, straightforward "sitemap" design for the frontpage of the new Official Site, no more annoying "Flash" animation to precede the main page, though it was cool the first time I saw the original one. 4. Overall, I want a UPDATED site, not updated only when there's new Jamiroquai merchandise to push, with new music and CD releases as a rare exception. There you go, I hope you alll agree with my wishes for a new "Official Site". Thanks for listening and Peace! I agree with all your points, Jamirofan2000, except for number one: it might be a little competition! The best site with avatars and message board and forum is this site!!!! D! (diego)

I just wanna see the music videos in full length, not little 30 second snippets or however long the little sample is. I guess a forum would be cool, but it might take away from the one here :( My only other beef is we shouldn't be hearing news from the Funkin site, we should be hearing it from the official site. No offense to the Rowe's, but if Sony and Jasmiroquai were serious about keeping it up they we would be getting news from them. Overall, Sony and Jamiroqaui should let the Rowes run the official site. That way the Rowe's could get some kickback $$$ for doin it, and they'd run a top quality site. _________________ Wouldn't 'ya like... To walk the sunny avenues of life?

Somehow I think we WON'T be seeing naked women on the Official Site!! Keeping things VERY simple, I'd just like to see the place updated so that is is current! Think that would be a good first step... :surprise:

A thing i'd like to see in the Official Website is a section called "Links". Imagine the Funkin site in there... And Jamirotalk!!! That will be a great recognition to these two unbelievable websites!!! _________________ This is FunkEducation, supporting the 1992-1998 Jamiroquai!!

I'd like live tracks from concerts, and more emphasis on the other band members besides Jay. If it was up to me, I'd have one main news/downloads page, and then have six mini-sites for each band member complete with bios, photos, and music where they have a solo or prominent role. I think they have to change the AFO design, and put some base design options... The have to put a PHP interphase, a PHP forum (not the horrible J.Talk), information about their Live performances, a mini chat and NEWS: We want to know what is jamiroquai doing all the time!!!! Heheheh. But the Flash design is great... I think they have to use a MySQL database!!! hehehe i'm talkin' like a website designer...
