A bass from Stu
I´d like to know which kind of bass did Stuart play in When You Gonna Learn videoclip.
I think that´s a Warwick one, but I´d like to know more specificly.
If can tell me...do it, jejeje |

Hey Guly, it is indeed a Warwick; the Thumb.
Seems to be a neck-through model. Very nice :) _________________ The name's Rob, just Rob |

It was Andrew Levy from the Brand New Heavies who played bass on that track. Hence on every live version Stu played a different line. _________________ Bass Transcriptions coming soon! |

Thanks man! I came across the offer by accident, but I've been wanting one for a long time...they're not easy to find over here, so I'm really happy!

No, the bassline you hear in the videoclip version is the same as on the album. They only used Andrew Levy as a temporary bassplayer, for recording the track. Stu just played...err...the bassplayer, in the video bass-playbacking! haha _________________ The name's Rob, just Rob |

He was out of the country when they re-cut the song for the final album pressing...

Because they were still looking for a Zender!
They just didn't have a regular bass player for the band yet. Andrew helped them out with recording that first track. That was when they were still signed to the Acid Jazz label. Shortly after Jay signed with Sony, Stuart got onboard. _________________ The name's Rob, just Rob |
