buffaloman_R Hello again, buffaloman_R

Very Happy Man, those Gig In The Sky Youtube videos are AWESOME, I feel like I'm there, thank you so much for the hyperlinks everyone Very Happy. I was wondering though, given the largeness of this thread, was any audio recorded from it? I remember, somewhere in the thick bushes of this thread, that someone mentioned a thank you for audio from this gig, so info is greatly appreciated (Also, any complete video recordings of the gig, also mentioned to exist, would be greatly appreciated too!)! Wink Massive thanks for the expansive review Meike, love your live pictures, did you get any funky bag of peanuts on the flight Wink? Cheers and thanks for listening!

Sincerely,
JamiroFan2000

Hope that a audio/video is coming soon, hope its good quality...lets hope for both... (but it would be strange if we only got quality but no audio/video...)

Offtopic: "Janluca, ive saw your last played songs: "canned heat part II", makes me looking forward to a really long song, like 30 minutes, and we fans have shortned too part I, Part II and Part III Razz, and the song has 4 diffrent breakdowns Razz.

Another person that didn't go...they were afraid of flying - This would have been a good time to get over that fear Smile ! I believe this is from a South African Newspaper.

Jamiroquai gets high

THE Insider received a belated invitation to join an extremely unusual gig in the sky recently, when funkster Jamiroquai set a world record for playing the world’s highest concert — on a flight from Munich to Athens.

The gig will enter the Guinness World Records and the promoters, Sony Ericsson, were giving away tickets so local fans could be among the audience of 200 in the specially rigged jet.

So how come The Insider cracked the nod? Because one of the winners suddenly dropped out, citing a fear of flying. You think he would have realised that before entering the competition.

OMG! Hey, I am not keen on flying, but I do it - with the help of a glass of wine or 3! Someone else could have had the opportunity to be there instead of that guy - indeed, why did he enter in the first place Rolling Eyes - that sucks!!!

I am so pissed off.. I have now managed to get one of the files off my camera... the picture is not bad a all!! But the sound... scream ... it is completely overdriven (right word?)
It sounds so awful - hard to listen to. But this version of Travelling is so bloody great... I could shoot myself that the record didn't come out better. I so wanted to show you this great piece of music. 2melting

Question: Is there a way to "correct" the sound with a programm or something?

By the way, one part of the song has a unusual beat: 5/4 - this is soo great, I love it!!

Hope i can fix it, with someones help - and show you.

Mouse

I´m not an expert, but you can try using the software called CoolEdit Pro or Adobe Audition. It´s a very complete software, maybe you can try something with the audio (I donñt know exactly your problem, I can´t understand very well the word overdriven, I think the sound should be very distorted, with much noise?)
