I am blocked from many sites from my country of residence, and this link is one of them, so sadly I miss the continuation of the this thread, and was hoping for someone to explain to me what is the insinuation of this video's content.

Well...it's basically...hmm...how shall I put this?  Well it's basically a muscular guy, standing in a tigerprint tanga on a parkinglot, flexing his muscles in all kinds of ways and positions, and meanwhile constantly screaming "YEEEAAAAH"  too funny...
