I certainly don't miss the 10 min long didgeridoo solo :/
Seriously it was a nice addition for the albums's recording, but except for some jams where Derrick and Sola were doing their things, 't was boring Mad

no way!!Youre entitled to your opinion, but have u heard the live version of 'WYGL' from, say,Florence? The good ol' didge just makes that song so 'vibey' and earthy at the same time...i say bring back the Yiddaki!! Laughing

No I like every tracks incorporating the Ydaki (journey to Arnhemland, Wygl etc...)
I'm talking about the big jam they were doing in the concerts. Some were nice thanks to the rythm section, but most of the time it was boring after 5 min.
The sound of this instrument is really nice, but it's quickly redundant, so after a while I always skip forward Rolling Eyes

the use of brass and didge just emphasizes just how superb, diverse and different the funky boys are...u wudnt get some of the pappy bands nowadays using such instruments....(has visions of Christina Aguilera using a Yiddaki in the video for 'Dirrty'....actually...thats not THAT bad... Wink
