Hey Everyone!!!!!
Hi ladies and gents!!!
Long time visitor to the forum........I finally registered!!!
My name is Dennis and I'm from Las Vegas.
I've been a Jami fan since '97...I was part of the whole TWM bandwagon....but I hung around and every album and vibe became a HUGE part of my life. I can't imagine what my life would be like without Jamiroquai in it.
I don't understand the whole argument about the "old" and "new" Jami. to be honest there's times when I can vibe with the Jazzier more mellow stuff and sometimes I need to break out into the dance infused new stuff. I like all of it.
My favorite album is Synkronized. My favorite song however is Stillness in time. I love tha song and it speaks to me on so many levels.
I've never seen a community involved with any band as wonderful as this. It's a testimate to just how meaningful this band and this music is. |

Hello everyone!!
My name is German, I'm 19 years old and I live in Buenos Aires, Argentina. I'm a geek, I'm in university and I play drums, and some piano and bass (guess who inspired me to study bass!).
Currently, my biggest interests are photography and architecture (I'm especially a fan of European castles!); and my favourite bands are Jamiroquai (surprise!), The Beatles (Macca alone & with Wings were awesome too), Theory Of A Deadman, The Blues Brothers, Joss Stone... a broad range of genres, you see.
I've been a Jamiro fan since about 1996, when I got my hands on the Travelling Without moving album (one of their greatest pieces IMO); and since then, Jamiroquai has provided a wonderful soundtrack for the different stages in my life!
I've been a reader of this forum for some time, but I had never registered before for some reason (I'm also a member in the official forum but I never once posted there, it's pandemonium in there); I think this looks like a very nice and friendly spot to chat about my favourite band of all time, so here I am!
So, again, hi to all; I'm looking forward to make new friends around here!

Thanks guys!
Sandriche, you work on the official one? It's not a management problem, it's just that there are so many sections and so many users posting at the same time! I haven't logged in to it in ages to be honest. _________________

Hi everyone!
My name is Matt, I'm 18 and I live in England. I'm still at school, but not for long. I play the drums and the bass, and I love them both to bits!
I've been a Jamiroquai fan since 2001 with the release of AFO but the first song I heard by them was Deeper Underground, didn't realise it though. My favorite Jamiroquai sound was when Stu was in the band, but I still love it! |
