not it'sfor all people but when you let your number phone after the question you need to put the international code like exemple 0033 to call france from england in my case
and you the international code to call your country from england and you need an account to play
like that they can call you if you win if you are not english and you win i think you need to pay post letter but it's nothing and it'sa signed album!!!!!!!!!
