Black Devil Wife on the net?!
Hey, I downloaded from kazaa 'jay kay scatting on the studio' and there are 14 seconds of a track that might be 'black devil wife' (according to what we all read at Tense Magazine...remember? unpredictable drums?). Jay is singing along with that track and I want to know if thats a song of the new album!!!! |

Well, what you have downloaded is sample from the original Synkronized album (check the "jamiroquai legends" thread in "jamiroquai section").
This clip is from some awards, Britt 97 I think.
So, that unfortunately isn't Black Devil's Wife. |

You're right, it was never released. I think it was a demo of the music that was going to be on the first Synkronized, before Stu left the band. Too bad, I was really digging that little riff he had going.

I don't remember so good, but I think two files are available to download on the jamline group. I get it here some weeks ago, they're 2 videos and one of them is jay's scatting in the studio. Really good. Jay say somewords and well, I think you need to see.

Anyone know a link where I can get those unreleased Synkronized snippets?
I used to have them off Jamline but have long since lost them due to numerous hard-drive formats.
I can't find them on Kazaa...

Well...I have only founf "Jay Kay Scatting in the studio" in Kazaa, you should check it again because it is there. And the other unreleased cut I don't know where to look it for, so if anyone could tell me, thanks. |
