Rock Dust Light Star acoustic version
I'm still wondering why the band don't release the acoustic version of RDLS on the album, It would have been able to be a great final to this one !!!
Don't you think ?
Or maybe for the deluxe version, this version is hundred times better than
this BS remix !!!

I mentioned this in the All Good in the Hood thread; that I'd love to hear more acoustic tracks. There's also that quote of Jay saying if it doesn't sound right stripped down then it's not right - there must be more acoustic versions, just a case of if we ever get to hear them I reckon |

Yes, it should be great. Maybe , soon well have it on a digital B side like the 3-4 tracks missing because Jay said that he picked 19 tracks in the bag for RDLS:
12 on the album,
3 (4?) as bonus tracks (Angeline, Hang it over, Not the funk, (all good acoustic ?)
it rests 3 or 4 tracks (if all good is not one of these 7 additionnal tracks)
I hope that we'll have it on a CD, it's too bad on MP3! _________________ "People find it's hard to be strong, cos' they don't know where they're coming from" |

It sounds cool...I like it even better, than the album version _________________ "If it doesn’t sound good with just a keyboard and a voice or a guitar and a voice, drop it.” /Jay Kay/ |

First time I saw that version on youtube I had gooseflesh all over my body - 1st time this year with Jamiroquai. Along with Jays singing in EPK2 I really do not catch why they are using vocoders and so when he has such a beautiful voice in this arrangement..
This acoustic version and also other "like this" version of songs from the last album should work much much more better then the not so live final product. |

Yeah, finally! You are right - I am really happy to hear those live versions of some tracks from the new album. Really looking forward to see them live on the road. And I am starting to hate the producers of the new album more and more.. |

I can't get enough of this version. Still get goosebumps every single time... just like when they were playing it! _________________ *Meow* |

It reminds me a lot of "The Road to Mandalay" by Robbie Williams. |
