Well, Since 11 seems like a pretty arbitrary number, I hope you don't mind my adding one more to the list.
1. Jamiroquai - Travelling Without Moving
2. Coldplay - Parachutes
3. Astrud Gilberto - Compact Jazz (Compilation)
4. Saturday Night Fever Soundtrack (Compilation)
5. Ben Folds Five - Whatever and Ever Amen
6. Brand New Heavies - The Acid Jazz Years (Compilation)
7. The Cardigans - First Band On The Moon
8. Gloria Estefan - Mi Tierra
9. Led Zeppelin - Led Zeppelin II
10. Phish - Junta
11. Steve Miller Band - Greatest Hits '74 - '78 (Compilation)
12. The Strokes - Is This It?
Pretty hard to pick one album from a few bands (Jamiroquai, Coldplay, Led Zeppelin, The Cardigans, The Strokes...) so I picked the one that introduced me to them.
Peace. |

Why did this thread die? Was a pretty cool idea...
I already posted here over a year ago but I'm going to think of a new list for myself. There's always so much good music around & tastes are always evolving... So for you who haven't posted here before lets hear your views & for those who have, are your lists still the same or are there any additions or subtractions? |

Yeah, I got new albums to add on the list aswell. I believe Dynamite is surely in it! I think is one of their best works, although is the oldest comparission between the first albums and the new ones. This is definetely their best album of "different sounds" from their early stuff.
And I've been listening a lot to Stevie Wonder -I bought 2 LP's: Talking Book and In Square Circle or something like that, but I haven't heard them yet-, but 'Songs In The Key Of Life' may be included too.
