I'm an acturial scientist and I love my job cos I'm making loads of cash! Jokes! I'm still a student in a private school and I hate it. I feel like I'm walking with plastic people. They're all so fake. You can't even have a real best friend. Lucky for me I'm still tight with my previous friends. This weekend I was chillin with the real people and what a relief it was! _________________ There's no I in ugly but there is U |

This topic was created a long time ago, but somehow I missed it. For those of you who talk to me on MSN messenger, for a long time my title on there was "Pete: Warehouse Workin it baby!". It's because I work for a pharmaceutical supply warehouse. I go back anf forth on liking it and not liking it. I work nights. Im scheduled to work from 2:30-11:30 pm, but we are short staffed right now and there is so much work (everybody wants their precious drugs!), that on most nights I don't get done til about 1 or 2 AM!!! That's why I hate it. It's great when I get paid for all those extra hours, but I don't necessarily need the extra $$$ so it stresses me out. If I worked the hours I was scheduled to work with not much overtime, I'd be happy.
I also go to school part time at a local junior college in Minneapolis, so it helps pays the bills. _________________ Wouldn't 'ya like... To walk the sunny avenues of life? |

Ok there's a big poof of dust coming out of your screen right now. This is a topic with the longest beard on this site haha!
But since there are so many new faces here, we can go on where we ended back in 2005. Lots of peeps have finished school now and I'm wondering what you guys do now for a living... _________________

1. I work in the financial/accounting department at a commercial real estate company (we own malls and stores).
2. I am a journalist for various music magazines, papers, websites.
3. I teach sexual education to younger people..from ages 8 - 20. Sometimes I teach just basic life skills and various things to them, but it's basically all sexual education and STD's.
I love, love, love #3. I kinda dig #2. I love the people of #1, but hate the job - but it pays me the most.
I am currently in school to eliminate the first one and concentrate solely on the second and third. |

HAHAHAHAHAHA That was very original... I actually imagined the dust
OK, since I replied, let's write something.
Yes, as Marina said, I'm still studying graphic design and I'm about to approve 4 more subjects at the end of this year.

I'm a student in chartered-accounting
I just finished in June my third and last academic year but not my whole studies. In order to continue, I must find a training course before December. I had 3 interviews, although I sent about a hundred curriculum vitae. And the chartered accountants don't rush to give me an answer... |

Hey, I don't know why I never checked this topic. I work as a Customer Service Representative for Motorola, people from USA dials the toll free 1-800-331-6456 and magic... (or cheaper workforce) we help them from Buenos Aires, Argentina!
I'm hoping I can move to a more interesting project involving IBM and General Motors. _________________

..i'm an audio/video editor in a little television ( www.blutv.net), since 2 years. During the weekend I usually play music as deejay in three different locations, with three different music styles: on friday i play chill in a pub called BeeRock, then saturday at 'Tunnel', where there's a 80's selection from my 45rpm, then sunday in a lido near the sea playing funk, soul, groove, jazz..
Before using everyday VideoToster 4.5 (or Adobe Premiere Pro), i spent 6 years in some Holiday Village, as audio engeneer.. _________________
