 Your sampler review is also much appreciated Abou Moslem, thanks ! Hmm, this has got me to thinking: 1. Are they doing this special promotions on purpose OR is it just a isolated thing? 2. With all this happenings: Listening parties in Bueros Aires, Official Site offline on Monday, New free Jam dates: Could we have a new Official Site as early as next week to coincide with the full album listenings in Argentina & Radio debut of FJLIS? Who knows, all I know is I will keep pretending that I'm enjoying the silence coming from my Buffalo horned head...*sighs sadly*. Thanks for listening and Peace!

It totally makes sense now! On 'Synkronized' and 'AFO' the first singles were high charters while the follow up singles slumped around mid-chart. So...this time around the first single is good, but not the best so that more and more people will buy the album after hearing the second and third singles. If this is deliberate then it's VERY clever!
Thanks for your reviews Diego and Abou it's got me thinking lots and lots about the new material!

I know Sony Music Argentina did this same kind of listening 4 years ago, 2 months before the launch of AFO. Maybe next monday the new site will be online. That would be great, with the rotation of the first track the number of hits of www.jamiroquai.com will be increasing a lot. |

Thank you Abou Moslem for your breakdown.
It's so nice to read the high level and frequency of genuine sophisticated Jamiroquai discussion here on jamirotalk. It gives me a feeling of sub-mediocrity yet honour at the same time when I post here. We all have to have something to aspire to, and to post regularly and in an effective manner here is something that I need to work on, distractions aside.
And Catman, now I know what your problem was transient disorientation and newbiemania caused by sleep deprivation - I am relieved that we finally put the finger on the correct diagnosis. I am glad you are feeling better, and reverting to your old, healthy attractive self. Perhaps you might regain some of your former 'Sparkle' ??? - LOL !!!

I have the same source as Diego. I said this week or next one...
