Wow! You have demon souls!! Ok, an update. This morning I came back from college and they were making, again, A LOT OF NOISE. But I didn't hear them after a while... I put my music VERY LOUD After the 3rd song, they closed their window ... and I opened mine!!
Alright, I won't ask them cause... well, I don't want to.
About the fire stuff, don't forget I live down there! Nah..besides that is too much, although I could be very fun.
What's happening to me reminds me to the movie 'Duplex'... I should do what they did near the end
Haha, thanks people, I'll tell you how everything goes -right now they are installing the cable system-.

This is an old aussie trick:
You put dog shit in a paper bag, take it to their front door and set fire to it and press the doorbell. When they come to the door, they will try to stamp out the fire, and get all poo-footed!
I did it once it was hilarious |

yeh the aussie version is to use koala shit.....both vindictive and Australian.
i'd reccomend playing YOUR personal favourite song again and again and again AND AGAIN AND AGAIN, VERY VERY LOUDLY. that should do it.
btw, are these people old/young/married/single? |

Haha...
An update: the man came and talked to my dad, he said he was sorry and whenever we hear something that bother us, we don't have to hesitate and tell him. My dad said he was very kind, so we might give them a second chance...
(Oh by the way, there's a second hole in the ceiling now, they have nothing to do with it, there's a filtration).

call the police if necessary...
here in Spain, we can "do noise" from 8am to 10pm.. between 10pm and 8am you can call the police if necesary..
first, try to talk to them and tell them that they disturbing you and if it doesn't work.. police xD
_________________

the Aussie way to deal with the "bothering neighbours" situation is to go over there.. Have a few beers with them or go to one of there parties and just trash everything! Or what i would do is find my most repetitive song or sappyest song like daft punk "technologic" or something horrible like Celene Dion and just crank it religously from 7am to 12 pm! _________________

yes here in South Australia you cannot hold a koala, but you can prod a koala which is 3 metres (10 feet) above the ground, and you can only poke them with a sharpened stick, and that stick must be longer than 2 meters but no longer than 5 metres.
and their excriment can be used for lighting fires. i kid you not. my dad said his uncle did it at his farm. |

Cool! You must have an inquiring mind... apparently in sweden you cant leash a flamingo to a fire hydrant or telegraph pole after 6pm on a wednesday |
