there's an aluminium tape that is used for fixing roof membranes. It's not cheap, but I had a lot of rolls to use in a folder during high school. It was extremely flashy!

nah i havent got far enough for the pics yet -its still in early stages lol
when its all sorted tho i mite stamp a buffalo man on the front and claim it finished _________________ -

ok, heres' the only pic i have from my defeated afo hat, as siad, it was send to me by a friend and i don't have in better quality (she should), my "metal" pieces were made with carton and surrounded by aluminium paper to do the metal effect, it was cool.after got it broken i made the pieces on wood, i have htem cutted and ready but then...never put them together again on the hat....
