I voted for Rock/Funk.
I really love the FJLIS/Black Devil Car sound and I think this is the new core sound of Jamiroquai.
We have had a real treat with the first 3 albums but the sound has evolved over time and I can't really see a song in the style of When You gonna Learn being the next single as much as I would love it! |
agree with u
i vote the same and i think the same as you _________________ Only a fool can walk away from me this time

i totally expect an acid jazz/funky single,
you know, sometimes is good to remember where you come from, how did you started, and i think the old fans (and by old i mean, those who have listened them for many years ) would really like and appreciate it |

I'll be fine with any of them...I just want the slick production knocked down a peg or two! _________________ "...I feel that Jamiroquai needs to be taken to another stage now. It really does. Revolution 1993 was released as a black colored 12" vinyl. It was a promo for EOPE. Apparently, it's very rare, and what's even better about the thing is that it carries the first version of the Jamiroquai logo, the one that can be found on the 'When You Gonna Learn', released under the Acid Jazz label on 19 october 1992.
...Seriously, a digitally remastered version of 'Scam' would REALLY make my day...
Enough from me on THAT subject...
What I expect? I expect a change... Now that Jay's free from Sony, not even god knows what'll happen. We all surely DO know Sony forced Jay to change his music style.
In other words, I have pretty mixed/blurred expectations on what will happen, so I will not vote. Well, not right now. |

Yeah, OK, a PROMO. But it wasn't an official single, and as such never got - indeed, never had the chance to be - in the UK charts (or those of any other country, for that matter).

.. I want to be in the credits.. I have send them the lyrics several times (little short off being spam!), also the mp3 of the montreux live version!!
... not to forget Brent's work of writing down the lyrics and Heather's powers of persuasion!
This mission is not impossible!!
