LABELS & GIGS
Boys and Girls this is the way it work with gigs and labels.When your not that famous you do actually need a strong record label like sony bcas the mass of people tend to look at promenent record labels instead of the artists. Now jamiro have arrived to a point where they dont need a company like sony promoting them. They actually boost sony not sony boost them .they were with them bcas of the contract they had to honour. Apart from that sony was doing something which really bigged the band.Instead they were asking for 2 good remexes like they used to do in the past , they are releasing about 5 or 6 release which are of low quality. jamiro get almost nothing from record sales just a small% but they need their music pushed in all shops to promote their music.Like this people will want to see them when on tour and jamiro will get their money from the gigs. It's works the same all over the music industry from dj's to musicans t band etc |
