I absolutely love Cracking Sounds. I hope the man puts out a cd or makes an online download available soon, I want to hear this in high quality (and I'm willing to pay, even if there's DRM *blurp*) _________________ The name's Rob, just Rob |

LEROI DEFUNCT
Hey all,
Just to let you know that Leroi is no longer in existence. The people that signed us(Poly Anthony and Jordan Shur) were let go from the company. We then found there was no one to battle for our cause. We were subsequently let go from the label. I have now moved back to the UK and as you probably know am working with Mark Ronson. The other lads (Jonah Johnson, Richard(Pookie) Woods, Alexander Mace, Sean Curtis and some new editions)have formed a new band called Blackcowboy. They sound great and are currently playing live in venues in Los Angeles.
I am working on two albums at the moment. The first of which is an extension of what I was doing in Leroi and the second is a "back to the old school" Jamiro type of collaborative jam session.
I am hoping to use singers and players i have worked with and some that i have not.
I will keep you all posted.
Thank you all for all the support you gave to Leroi. Nothing is lost....we just extend and grow!
Jah!!!!!!

Good news indeed. It certainly does sound interesting. The "back to the old school" Jamiro type of collaborative jam session will most definitely catch my attention once the album is available for purchase. _________________ Old school forever! |
