I have to say I think Snooze You Lose is a really a poorly crafted song. I feel like it was rushed, and no one really cared to make it great. The music is decent, and I appreciate the horns, but the lyrics are pretty trite.

I mean obviously I love Jamiroquai, but this was not their finest hour.

Now when I think about what you just said, all those "yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah"s sound a bit kiddish, no? Laughing I think I share your opinion on the horns, they're pretty good, all downtempo-esque and stuff...

"In other news", do you think that a white label release of a SYL remix exists? I'm not claiming there is a one, but it'd be cool if it existed. Very Happy That brings up a question -- any remixers around?

I have a 20second sample of the sng and from what ive heard ive liked. I don't know why they didnt stick it on synk if nick played on it as the album was 11 tracks and under an hour surle they'd have room for it

Because it's dissing Stuart Zender, it's lacking bass, it's not like your usual Jamiroquai songs. That being said; it's not a bad song, but I do skip it.

I like it! it's a track full of meaning.. and yes it talks about a sad departure.. but for this it's wonderful..
Sometimes such feelings create good stuff (in a positive sense)

without the departure of Stu this track would have ever risen.. but with Stu what other wonderful songs would have risen?
Sad

Don't see how it would have been possible to add bass in the song XD. And for the Stuart dissing part... Jay's reaction was clearly normal. I mean, Stuart
gave his version, and Jay gave his version. So it's Stuart's word vs Jay's word. So you can't say "X is right" without being biased :/ Personally I don't care about the lyrics, I like the piano and the violin in it Smile
