Gosh, here's giving you strength to cope with everything life throws at you. It can be a cruel place, you lot actually got me through some really tough times - listening the Jamiroquai helped alot. Again, no details, but life does suck sometimes.
It takes time to recover from shocks. Take it slowly and don't feel bad if you just want to distract yourself at times - you'll need it.
Find friends where you can and hug those you trust.
