The 3 most influential songs from the Jam band would be
* Light Years - the horns and bass go along great with Jay's voice in this track, plus the music video reminds me of being younger and skiing in the mountains.
* High Times - this is a great song lyrically (IMO) plus again you get a great horn section. DJ D-Zire scratching is really good on this track too.
* Where Do We Go From Here - most people seem to either love this track or hate it. I love it, again, great horns and the guitar is a lot of fun, plus TOby seems to be having a blast on the keyboard.
Although I didn't include anything from EOPE I would suggest that after listening to these 3 tracks to check it out. The tracks above I believe shows a slight progression from one album to the next (similar sounds, with horns and all) |
