What funktion in awesome!...very funky..what you can do is cut that fart intro on your mp3 and then you can skip that part everytime...and live is also very very good...that brass aawwhh miss it!

Dear HoneyBee you're right, it's a statement, but what is a statment if it is to be hidden and never heard? EOPE was genius music along a very powerful message (remember the WYGL video) and it was widespread, unlike Bush's lullaby (a.k.a WTHW)

I'm thinking, that jamiroquai's diversity is so healthy, even if they've gone bad lately, but they're always been good at different music, and are proven in ballads, funk, jazz, drum n' bass, reggae and electronica-ish.

I've been listening to The Crusaders lately...you should all give it a try, see what you think.

Funktion is good, but definitely a little more amateurish. (right word?) Probably the 'extra' on the Japanese import. Probably the extras are songs that don't make the album cut.

The World That He Wants -not hidden. But let me say, when JMQ first came out (EOPE), they sorta stood for 'Anti-Establishment'. And how long can you be that, after what age? So The WTHW I see as completely a selfish expression from Jay, and not for the fans or music industry to evaluate. (But what do I know? I dont know him!!!) But some see it as trash, and others see it as a gem.

Spend a Lifetime -today I find simply beautiful. Very simply written, but genious. Sounds deep from the depth of sadness or a hangover!

I love their diversity. I will be happy with any new music from them.
Everybody is just so critical here! It's hilarious. It'll be different when the entire cd is out.
