We are alright here Meike, thanks . Em, I do hope that you are ok, and that you are safe!! Am watching the news and things don't look good.....hugs to you from London! xx
Here is a map of the affected areas |
thanx, I'm ok, for me it was just more frustration of bein stuck as every road out of Worcester was closed and people were panic buyin in the local shops, I am lucky my property wasn't flooded like some people I know and I think towns like Tewkesbury and Gloucester (further down the river severn) have had it far worse. |

We had about the same problem here in Western Europe in April (Spring season here). There were temperatures of way over 30° Celcius, but summer was quite cold (for a summer) and rainy. _________________

Yes Ophone i think i remember hearing about the weather up there.. and I remember England was underwater for a while there..
Very strange.. hopefully this is just a wave that will pass.. but 41!! man that is ridiculous I am too scared to collect the mail for fear i may evaporate.. Very dry heat just sucks the life out of you sometimes..
I am trying to do my final assignment for college and my mind won't stop wandering off.. I think it's gone to beach and left me home..lol... _________________

(just to say, i am talking about dutch weather conditions!!!)
People around me often complain about the weather.
Right now....it is too cold
Being a warm weather lover....I AGREE!!
Right now weather is cold and wet and little bit of frost.
But my mother often tells me that they used to ice skate in october , at my uncles birthday, when she was a kid.
So i guess, it being november and still no ice to skate....we are doing OK.
But i did have a strange thought.
First, i recall things like new album ending 2007 and normally this comes with a tour. And normally, Jamiroquai does Netherlands in October!
But now that it is colder than the last years....i am kinda HAPPY that that tour is not happening right now.
I would freeeeeze my ass of riding for 2 hours in this cold!!! (motor) _________________ May you always feel the wind on your face and the waves on your toes |
