Oh, Gawd. Hadn't noticed that. I suspect what it means is 'All times are UK time', but we'll find out like this: as I write this, it's 19:56. If it says 18:58 in the time signature when I hit 'submit', that means the time on the board is GMT. If it says 19:58, it means the board time is set to whatever the time is in the UK at the moment.
Whatever, you need to be on at midnight (YOUR LOCAL TIME) as Thursday turns into Friday, yes.
