Jay on "What Not to Wear"
Hey Guys, I was flipping through the TV channels, having some wine, chilling out before bed time last night when I settled on BBC America. The Show was called What Not to Wear. They usually focus on Women but their victim on this show was comedien David Baddiel(sp?). Well they flipped to a different scene and the host goes into this whole spill about how one English man you can count on to look well dressed is Jamiroquai frontman Jay Kay. It was so funny. They were at his house and she was bragging on his sense of style. He offered to take her place on the show when she goes into labor (She was waaaaay pregnant!) I'm sure they'll air it again because it's one of only a handful of shows they show on BBC America. The episode was called Tribes of Man. I've got the video too. I cant even remember when i got it, I think I've had it for ages now.
My favourite bit is when JK and the presenter are talking about JK's Oregon trainers (the presenter doesn't like them very much...  ) Oh, another thing, keep in mind that she's pregnant. Here we go then:
JK: "There's nothing wrong with those, they're luminous, bright, bit of kick, sporty. See you're not sporty like me"
Presenter: "How do you know"
JK: "Coz you've been on the pints"
..."Been on the pints" obviously referring to her rather large bump.. Trust JK to say that 
I also love it when JK's phone rings and he answers:
"Hello, home of fashion" How topical !  |

yeaah i saw it and i love when he answers the phone,with a lovely voice!
and there's also a part when they're outside and he says he doesn't like tapered trousers, and the host kisses him!
and then she asks him to show her what kind of underwear does he use
jajajajajjajj i remember it,he makes a really funny face like saying "im not gonna show her that" |

Well now... Becca, as you're probably aware, it's a BBC show, so if you've got freeview digital there's a fair chance it might be repeated at some point (if watching repeats of such a Godawful programme are your thing).
Marina, That show is shown on People + Arts in Argentina. And you get it about a year or so after we do, I think, so you might be able to catch it still, if you're lucky (but again - it's a really rubbish show).

Does anyone know where I can find it now? Its no longer at Funkin and I'd like to see it. Sadly, I only get BBC News, and nothing else as I'm in the States...
