From what i've understood about the lyrics it doesn't even talk about women at all, it's a metaphor about dangerous stuff/devices.

Come on... We start thinking shit when we got too much time to spend and nothing to to with it.

To answer the question, 'hot property' is a pretty common phrase or saying to describe something that is valuable or in demand. Literally, it refers to a cycle in the property market where real estate is in demand, causing prices to rise above the average. In general speak, a person or thing that is 'hot property' is one who is in demand or more popular than others for whatever reason. For example, an A-list movie star could be considered hot property if every movie they do is successful. The latest iphone could be considered hot property if it's brand new and sold out everywhere. It hasn't got anything to do with being male or female, it's about being something that's desirable.

Thank you for clarifying, that even makes a lot of sense to me!
I guess in my language calling someone "property" is really nasty. Like a slave from the 19th century.

That's pretty well the same everywhere. You've got to read the words together, not individually.

"Someone or something very valuable and marketable"
Thank you for clearing that up! Now I can enjoy this track even more!
Usually Jay praises women and from old interviews he seems very thoughtful and humanitarian, so I could not understand what "hot property" means.
And I guess a lot of people didn't Razz

Yes, I got that!
I thought it's funny! And the outro is obviously Jay's orgasm.... Laughing

But it's a difference for me if the song is called "Blowjob Bitches" or talking about sex, even if the woman is not "on top".
I also don't think "Baby's got back" is sexist. He just like's big butts!
But most other hip hop nowadays is very sexist. And it's so deeply implemented, that even girls do not realise it.

There are also sexist movies. Look at the new ghostbusters. They made men look like they're dumber than cheesebread.
