Jay: "Well, party people, welcome tonight once again and now listen to this song. I wrote it while I was having fun in one of the parties I've been this year, I don't remember which one cause I was so dr.....well, anyway, sing along if you want"...

the cornice of this party’s balcony is near me so many times

The crowd starts to shout, and a girl gives Jay a key of a hotel room ("Hey Jay, I wait for you at 4 am").
Jay: "Well, I hope you liked that one. It is the first track on our forthcoming album... if you are wondering, yes, we are going to release it after 2010, don't worry about it. Now..."
Matt: "Hey, Jay... are you sure about that?"
Jay: "About going to the hotel room with that girl? Sure, I mean I haven't had sex in about..."
Matt: "No no, I mean about the album!"
Jay: "Ohups...well yes, don't worry about it, as soon as we find a new bassist..."
Matt: "WHAT?!!!! AGAIN??
Jay: "Hehe... wow, well, party people, I hope you like this song, is dedicated to Sony and, well, let the song talk all by itself. By the way, any relation with our song 'Scam' is just pure coincidence. Well, here it comes the strongest song on the album, and please note there is no irony on this (?)..."

if you wanna love the album you have to hear
and it doesn't matter how much you earn
cos we always get our fingers burned
When the band gets down to the business
and i’ve been searching for a reason
why I have to do what you want just when we want to make a good album
see we had to lose two bassists, a drummer, a keyboardist and a guitarist
changes and changes on each song
Maybe we should go somewhere else instead
Now they all know when they hear a track
Not confused of what it has become
glued to the stereo by a thousand shallow listenings it ain’t what it
seems when it’s a single sided system (read: record companies)
someone’s got a reason in here?
So we're gonna have to do the thing that’s fair
They got to justify for what we have been doing

(Notes: the song 'Sony: Scam' is pretty much what I think, and I re-wrote it based of what Jay said on an interview; the song 'Cornice Of This Party' it doesn't contain something that can hurt Jay, it is just my thought of his drinking and I took it as a funny thing to tell, hope you can notice the same ) Under copyright. Haha.
