that´s why they don´t do any live album
Look what I found.

It´s an enterview (in spanish) from the festimad concert, 2 years ago.
When the journalist asks Jay why they don´t do any live -concert album he says it´s becouse they have 3 albums more to do with Sony and they don´t want one of them as a live one.

hehe, I actually used translation website. It's very very usefull!
Three more albums, none of this live  Stoopid Sony. The got him for next few years. They know Jay wouldn't release best of album. |

at same way is good..well waht do you expect on a live album?something like Montreux...with big Classics from jamiroquai and 1 or 2 exclusive songs...maybe one cover! And with albuns ..at least we get new songs!
About live albuns? we got many bootlegs..obvius more rare than 1 album..but also very good! i buy 4 at few time a go..my diamons in my house 
And what we see when jami make the last 2 albuns? are they gonna back to Acid jazz? (  why not lol), make another contract with Sony? Finish the band?

If they do finish the band...expect them back five years after the end and rake in millions of Euros when they go on their reunion tour.
Seriously, I see Jam ending up on a smaller label that's hooked up to a bigger one. The music world keeps changing, every company keeps eating each other every year or so to make giant mega labels. I'd like to see Jam on Virgin Records, part of EMI. I believe that EMI is the biggest music group in the world (if someone can verify that, that'd be great), and Virgin has a pretty diverse roster of artists like Lenny Kravitz, N.E.R.D, Janet Jackson, and others. I for one think it'd be a good fit.
But yeah, Acid Jazz would be cool too!
