Things to do inbetween loads of posting!
Hello,
Geez...and I thought logging on to JamiroTalk.net and reading ALL the new posts from over the weekend was tough! I wasn't anticipating SO MANY OF THEM...*gasps for breath*..becoming hard to read them all. Well, as a public service, a give you a list of stuff you can do to alleviate wear and tear on your hands while posting a load of new messages on JamiroTalk.net ! I have tried some of these and they really help me out, I hope they do the same for you too;-)!:
*JAMIROFAN'S LIST OF THINGS TO DO INBETWEEM HEAVY POSTING*
1. Take a 15 min. to a 1 hour break after posting more than 10 posts in one sitting on JamiroTalk, get a snack, eat lunch, dinner or even breakfast depending on what time of day it is.
2. Relax your hands by doing little stretching exercises with your fingers to reduce the wear and tear on your hands after hard keyboard bashing.
3. Fix yourself a nice cold or warm beverage and drink to regularly to keep body hydrated, perferably hot tea or water, since they are the best at calming people down.
4. Stretch your arms and legs before or after posting alot, helps keep your muscles toned and increases blood flow.
5. And finally, if you find yourself yawning or tired while typing a post, save it and get back to it the next and get yourself a good 8.5 to 9 hours of sleep.
Hehe, I know I'm not a docter, and I shouldn't be preaching on how people or fans should be doing with their lives, but these are just little things I do to keep myself the great JamiroFan2000 that you all have grown to love ! Thanks for listening, take care of your yourselves and Peace!
Sincerely,
JamiroFan2000 _________________
