Official Site Currently being updated?!?
 Hello,
 I was pleasantly chatting with Linda today when she noticed that the Official Site had been acting funny . So I logged over there and got on the mainpage alright, but access to the sections were met with a long, neverending loading and a greypage. Could they have gotten off their lazy arses and currently be updating the Official Site like they should have done on the last 3 years? I have noticed in the past, when the site was being updated, there was a access lag much like I just described. Could it FINALLY be a 1st single confirmation of "Black Devil Car" CD1 & CD2 UK release date OR hints about the 6th album release date and what the heck it will be titled??? Well, all I suggest is everyone keep your eyes peeled on the Official Site through this weekend at: ~ http://www.jamiroquai.com ~ Thanks for listening and let's hope this is ACTUALLY HAPPENING!!! jtalk is down too.
Do you know what that means? In next few minutes/hours, we'll know something, maybe we'll even see 6th album website theme

Well Mtey, you might have to check back every 10-20 minutes, that would be more logical. Like I said before, I can access the mainpage of the Official Site fine, but access to the sections like "J-Talk", "J-News" and all the other ones is met with a long loading time and a grey screen. Now I just tryed logging onto the Official Site, and it appears to be offline. I have a strong feeling this is a update. I'll keep on it  ! Peace!

Man, did anyone thought to download that site? You know, to have something to remember lately? Well, I did only first flash site, nothing else. So, when I heard that I tried to acces site but I'm not able too. From that point of view, I hope I'm not too late.

Yeah, I know what you mean Mtey . But really, downloading the whole Official Site would be a little boring, I mean, I would just let it go, it wasn't that good of a Official Site 3.0 anyway, though the biggest flaw was the WEBTEAM themselves...hehe. The Official is still offline...looks like all those transcriptions I had been posting on "J-Talk" of the latest Jami news got some attention...Ha Ha Ha! Hehe, seriously, my only hope, if they are indeed making a completely new Official Site is, is not have killer graphics, things and things, JUST update the damn thing at the right time, don't lag on for 3 years pushing new Jami merchandise..if they have new videos, and audio clips, fair enough, they have redeemed themselves with the fans. Thanks for listening and looks like we will have a INTERESTING weekend ahead of us..hehe! Peace!

if its for a update? we don't know but we want it heheheh
maybe its only the server where was the site went down..and if its to upload..MAKE IT FASTTT

it's 3:55 pm central standard time right now (that means in Europe it's at least 10 pm I think), and I could not even access the main page. It's like it doesn't even exist. I got redirected to a search engine, becaise it says it can't find the page. This is definately very interesting... Im gonna be out and about tonight, but when I get home I'll check again. Happy Labor Day weekend y'all (U.S. holiday that take place on Monday).

I guess if the site will be totally updated (new lay-out, etc.), it'll be not just one day before it's finished. We have to wait patiently, i think. I hope it's just like the album: the longer we have to wait, the better it will be! |

as I recall....
the site layout was updated around 30 June 2001, about 2 months before the album release. Geuze tells us of a 1 Nov 2004 release, which is just about 2 months away
