I don't know whether to laugh or cry here....but think laughter's best.
I'm at work and have a pic of me and Jay as my screensaver, one of the practitioners was chatting to me about work, looked at my screen and said....(wait for it...)

This is the photo - but that's 3 years ago - so perhaps it's a testament to how much I've aged in that time??????

actually, people who don't know jamiroquai and see the picture of derek, claud and i often ask if that's my brother 
all good. not like they are comparing me to seal or anything  !!
