mtey had this song on www.mtey.com...but I don't know if it is better quality than yours..could not open your link to compare.
But be careful...recently there was always a trojan virus on mteys site..you got to have a good firewall. |

WTF???
I've just checked files on my site and there's nothing different. All audios are still .oggs and not changed with something else and all videos are still mpgs or avis.
Now please tell me which file do you think is infected and I'll take a closer look!

Hallo mtey...I placed your site under my favourites (thanks for that good site) but recently I only have to click on your site and as soon as the first site picture opens and before I start anything my firewall sends alarm about a trojan...Heard from jamiroqoise also about the virus problem.... |

OK, I've checked (and replaced) first page from my site. From what I could see, there wasn't anything suspicious. All links were ok (and not linked to something outside the site) and nothing extra was pasted (as far as I could see).
I'll run antivirus prog on my pc and check for viruses and then upload the whole site again.
If anyone else noticed that, please write this here! |

I confirm that Monisum said. I'm just clicking on the link to your site and my firewall had to destroy the virus called "HTLM/AppA@exp" _________________ Live P2P

Thanks for that, I really don't know where's the problem.
I've checked site on my PC and didn't find anything suspicious.
Well, I know what I'll do. I'll try to fix it, but for the next few hours my site won't be complete.
Damn, I'm shocked! I have no idea how a virus could attach to my site |

Oh yeah, I see it now!!!
It's ActiveX controller!!! This just great, I'll delete few pages and see ...
OK; I think I've cleaned it. There were some extra lines on first page that probably contained Active X.
Damn, I have no idea how did this happen.
P.S.: Thanks to Monisum & Jamiroquoise for telling me that.
The problem is solved now |

speaking of problems with www.mtey.com , but i cannot download any of the videos.
when i click on one of the links (nice screenshots mtey!), it says "this server cannot be found". when i go to "save target as", it states that "www.jamiroquai.me.uk cannot be found etc.".
it isnt restricted to just my computer; i tried it at school (unrestricted) and it said the same thing and also at my friends house (who has cable) has the same problem, and the same goes at my cousins house.
help!
PS: excellent site mate. keep it up! |

Thanks man I appreciate it
About problems, ok, now I'm sure someone's messing with my site.
First, someone attached Active X to my site (I of course don't know how to do that).
Seond, about videos, I had two pages on server, one was directed to mtey.com and second to jamiroquai.me.uk. Since I cancelled second server I of course pointed videos back to mtey.com (I know I did). And now this?
Damn, I'll be able to repair this tomorrow when I come home

i wonder if there are any laws against rebroadcasting tv programs across different mediums?
i'm sure that i heard this somewhere, coz i wanted to put some of the programs i have taped (onto my computer; i have a TV card), and our IT teacher at school said that some countries disallow the rebroadcasting of programs (unless it is to be rebroadcasted on the same medium, example of tv repeats).
sorry to rain in on the party, but i think there could be a virus on yer website, although i never knew there could be viruses that attack website stups . |
