They're a new band from Yorkshire, I got dragged to see them playing in Bradford a while back, I didn't particularly want to go, but I was glad I had, once they started, what a great gig. They are a very classy hybrid of funk, soul and acid jazz, basically all the music I love, I went home dragged out a load of my old records that had been gathering dust for ages. Any one who wants to hear top-notch soul / funk should look these boys (and girl) up. |
